I had a wonderful time at the conference learning all sorts of things
about typesetting. We had this sample document
	and
it illustrated how to produce
{\it beautifully typeset documents} like this one! Notice
how the lines are neatly justified regardless
	of % comments
		the % are
			raggedness % important
				of % to
					the % have
						input.

But when there is a blank line, we start a new paragraph.
We can put acc\'ents in our document---
even \"umla\" uts!
Do the Fren\c ch have a name for this?
Knuth calls it \TeX.
The name \TeX is the uppercase of $\tau \epsilon \chi$, the root
of the greek word for technology.
It also means art.

Notice how \TeX ignores spaces after control sequences.
To force a space to appear in the output, we put a {\it control space} after
the control sequence.
This makes \TeX\ happy!

You have seen how we go into another {\bf font}.
But do you know how we can integrate ($\int$) mathematics into this text?
You probably know that $2+2=4$, but did you know how to say $2 \times 2$,
or even $6\div3$?
But if we have something important to say,
we should display it. $$\sum_{i=1}↑\infty {1 \over 2↑i} =
1\eqno({\rm Zeno})$$
That's quite a sum, some might say it's a paradox! \par You don't
really need a blank line to start a paragraph.

\noindent And you can get around the indentation.

Let me get to the bottom ($\perp$) of this.

There are some things that must be ignored.
